Now hiring: we are hiring a short order cook in Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Day-to-day duties: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency 6+ years on the tools preferred.
