Vacancy available: we are hiring a plant operator in Baldwin County, Alabama. The role involves: • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals What we are looking for: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
