Now hiring: we are hiring a smash repairer in Navajo County, Arizona. The job is at a busy body shop. Ideal candidate: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes The role involves treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections. Full-time with occasional weekends. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
