Immediate opening: we are hiring a catering cook in Washington County, Kansas. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. On a typical shift you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
