Scaffolder • Washington County, Tennessee

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scaffolder in Washington County, Tennessee. You will work at a shipyard. You will set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground; hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid; inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform. Ideal candidate: • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
