Shuttering carpenter • Warren County, Tennessee

We are recruiting: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Warren County, Tennessee. The role involves de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting. Ideal candidate: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
