Great opportunity: we are hiring a joiner in Lauderdale County, Mississippi. You will be based in a bespoke joinery workshop. Day to day you will finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet. What we are looking for: • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • Own basic hand tools Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided.
