Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day On a typical shift you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; season and marinate meat on request; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
