Join our team: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Onondaga County, New York. Day-to-day duties: • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters You should have: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium Part-time with flexible hours.
