Now hiring: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Ibeju Lekki, Lagos State. The job is at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Your main tasks: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs We offer ₦205,000 per month plus benefits.
