Natural gas fitter • Johnson County, Nebraska

Vacancy available: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Johnson County, Nebraska. You will be based in a gas distribution network. On the job you will handle: • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser Requirements: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Driving licence for travel between sites At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
