AC mechanic — Cleveland County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an AC mechanic in Cleveland County, North Carolina. You will be based at an air conditioning service centre. The role involves: • Fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter • Check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge • Charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges • Run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall • Cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines • Install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes Requirements: • Physically fit to lift outdoor units and work in tight spaces • Can read electrical and piping schematics • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests Full-time with occasional weekends.
