Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Your main tasks: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down We offer $240 per day plus benefits.
