What we are looking for: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing Day-to-day duties: • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels Rotating shifts.
