Join our team: we are hiring a dispatch assistant in Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland. You will work at a busy distribution centre. Ideal candidate: • Strong attention to detail to avoid mis-picks • Valid counterbalance/reach forklift licence (RTITB or equivalent) Your main tasks: • Report damaged or short-dated goods to the supervisor • Pack items into cartons and seal them with tape • Segregate returns and process them back into stock • Pick orders from racking using a handheld scanner and pick list • Keep aisles, racking and the yard clean and free of obstructions Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
