We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Solano County, California. Day-to-day duties: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Full-time, day shift.
