Now hiring: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Drew County, Arkansas. You should have: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances The role involves control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions.
