Urgent requirement: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Lemhi County, Idaho. The job is at a busy earthworks site. Day-to-day duties: • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals Ideal candidate: • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
