Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Stoke-on-Trent, England. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff The role involves empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
