You should have: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners On a typical shift you will prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish.
