Safety inspector wanted in Saline County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a safety inspector in Saline County, Arkansas. You will be based at an oil and gas facility. On a typical shift you will audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
