Join our team: we are hiring a catering cook in Ilorin South, Kwara State. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Your main tasks: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Full-time with occasional weekends.
