We are recruiting: pipe tig welder (Kentucky)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Fayette County, Kentucky. The job is at a precision engineering workshop. On the job you will handle: • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run You should have: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
