Elevator repair technician • Darlington County, South Carolina

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Darlington County, South Carolina. The job is in a residential tower block. Day-to-day duties: • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands Ideal candidate: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
