Day to day you will carry out turndown service in the evening; restock the housekeeping trolley with linen, cloths and chemicals; follow the colour-coded cloth system to avoid cross-contamination; replenish amenities — soap, shampoo, towels, tea/coffee tray and toilet rolls; spot-clean walls, skirting, doors and high-touch points; report maintenance faults — leaking taps, blown bulbs, faulty AC — to engineering.
