Great opportunity: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Imperial County, California. The job is at a busy assembly plant. On a typical shift you will clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; follow the work instruction sheet for each station; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor. Ideal candidate: • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Careful handling of tools and components • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
