Great opportunity: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Cass County, Illinois. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding The role involves: • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
