Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Monmouth County, New Jersey. You will work on a metro and infrastructure project. Requirements: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker Day-to-day duties: • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
