Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Richland County, South Carolina. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. You will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
