Requirements: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances On the job you will handle: • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc Rotating shifts.
