Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Muskegon County, Michigan. Your main tasks: • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation Requirements: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
