Machine operator wanted in North Slope Borough

We are recruiting: we are hiring a machine operator in North Slope Borough, Alaska. The role involves: • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station You should have: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $17 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
