Fry cook wanted in Bronx County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Bronx County, New York. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen On the job you will handle: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $20 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
