We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Faulkner County, Arkansas. The role involves mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE Pay around $150 per day, based on your experience. Rotating shifts.
