Day to day you will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
