Hand presser • Tate County, Mississippi

We are recruiting: we are hiring a hand presser in Tate County, Mississippi. You will work in a busy laundry. Day to day you will give each garment a final press before packing; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
