Chef de partie wanted in Merthyr Tydfil County Borough

Now hiring: we are hiring a chef de partie in Merthyr Tydfil County Borough, Wales. You will work at a roadside dhaba. On a typical shift you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 3+ years on the tools preferred.
