Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Your main tasks: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Season and marinate meat on request • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits.
