Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate Your main tasks: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
