We are recruiting: we are hiring a car refinisher in Roosevelt County, New Mexico. Requirements: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners Day to day you will mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair.
