Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Montmorency County, Michigan. You will work at a heating and plumbing contractor. Day to day you will locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation. Ideal candidate: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Able to read isometric and site drawings At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
