Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium installer in Highland, Scotland. Day to day you will fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware; install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads; de-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces; drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws; cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw; anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners. Ideal candidate: • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles • Own basic hand tools — measuring tape, spirit level, cordless drill Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
