Electrostatic spray painter • Grant County, New Mexico

We are recruiting: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Grant County, New Mexico. On a typical shift you will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
