Elevator technician wanted in Lisburn and Castlereagh

We are recruiting: we are hiring an elevator technician in Lisburn and Castlereagh, Northern Ireland. You will be based at a busy lift company. Day-to-day duties: • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway Requirements: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
