Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Monmouth County, New Jersey. The job is in a hospital canteen. The role involves: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
