Grill cook — Mayo-Belwa

We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Mayo-Belwa, Adamawa State. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Day to day you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
