Immediate opening: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Jennings County, Indiana. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Your main tasks: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
