Immediate opening: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Calhoun County, Iowa. On a typical shift you will feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks. Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
