Food and beverage server — Atoka County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Atoka County, Oklahoma. You will work at a banquet hall. Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Day to day you will raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; clear and reset tables between covers. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
