Join our team: we are hiring a pot washer in Deer Lodge County, Montana. Your main tasks: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Six days a week, one day off.
